Shipping
We ship with USPS for most orders, but will in certain instances use UPS instead.
In order to save impact on the environment, some of our shipments will be split up and/or come directly from the manufacturer (drop shipping). By doing this, we are saving the fuels required to initially ship all the products to our central warehouse, prior to shipping them out to you. We hope that you appreciate this as much as we are excited to be able to offer it, without extra charge.
Why do we only ship some of the products directly from the manufacturer? Well, there are two reasons why some products are not shipped directly from the manufacturer. In the first case, we have simply picked up the products from the manufacturer because they are located and/or have their distribution center in Portland, Oregon. In the second case, the manufacturer simply does not allow for drop shipping.
ReturnsWe understand the reality of purchasing online and so we have provided you with an easy to use return/exchange policy. You may also request store credit!
- All returned items must be in new, unused, and resellable condition and RECEIVED by us within 30 days of the date of purchase. Bodycare items must be unopened and unused to be returnable. No refunds can be issued for Gift Certificates or Store Credits.
- Please contact us at contact@ecoagora.com for a return/exchange form. We will provide you with a return/exchange form and a pre-paid shipping label.
- Please complete the return/exchange form to include in the return package and affix the shipping label to the exterior. Drop off at UPS.
- SALE and/or CLEARANCE items are only eligible for store credit or exchange. Refunds can not be issued for SALE or CLEARANCE items.
- Returns received beyond 30 days from the date of purchase cannot be accepted and will be automatically returned to the sender.
Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed. As credit card statements are cyclical, a credit to your account may not appear in the same month you returned the item. Please be sure to check two billing cycles to ensure proper credit has been received. If you have questions or concerns about a returned item, please call, or email us at contact@ecoagora.com.
Note: We are not able to offer price adjustments (a refund for the difference paid) for items that go on sale shortly after they may have been purchased at the regular price.
